The preservation of its integrity and natural beauty has been the guiding force in our stewardship, and we are committed to bringing the message of history and preservation to 285 fortunate families who will own the land and enjoy the marshes, waterways and all the amenities of Bull Point.
DENSITY: The overall density should not exceed 285 single-family residential homes. This equates to an average of just over one home per 2.5 acres. HOME SITES: Each home site varies in size. The smallest is approximately .67 acres and the largest is over 8 acres.
NATURE AND WILDLIFE: Nature and wildlife abound in Bull Point and a conservation approach to development ensures these gifts are protected. It is very common to see flocks of Wild Turkey, Horned Owls, Canada Geese, Wood Ducks and Mallards, Red Fox, Bobcats, Deer, Racoons and Ospreys, are also natural inhabitants of Bull Point.
SIZE: -Bull Point is a 704-Acrepeninsula surrounded by salt-water, marshes and tidal tributaries of the Huspah Creek (a saltwater river and estuary) that flows to the nearby waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
LOCATION: Bull Point is located in the Northern Beaufort County on US Highway 17, eight miles east of I-95. Historic Downtown Beaufort is just 10-12 Miles to the east.
TREE COVER: The entire 704 acres are classified as a “Maritime Forest”. The tree cover is a mixture of hardwoods with some scattered Pines. Bull Point is inundated with giant specimens of Live Oaks and Magnolias. Wild Palmettos, Cedar, Hickory and other mature hardwoods are abundant throughout the neighborhood.

ALTAMAHA BIRD SANCTUARY - this 20-acre preservation area for native and migratory birds is created by a berm that offers a walking and rugged bicycle path.
POCATALICO PARK - a 65-acre are to be left in its natural state located in the central part of Bull Point.
CLUBHOUSE - The clubhouse complex offers the property owners a variety of activities. The outdoor junior Olympic size pool and overlooks the marshes of Huspah Creek. The pool and pool deck include and air-conditioned pool cabana with kitchen amenities to get out of the heat. As well as an outdoor cooking area for property owners and their guests to leisure. Also available are two clay tennis courts and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The clubhouse includes meeting rooms, fully stocked library, fitness, equipped catering kitchen, bar, event space, men’s and lady’s locker rooms, sauna & outdoor whirlpool plus a screened back porch with marsh views.
BICYCLE TRAILS, GOLF CART BYWAYS & WALKWAYS - 7 and 1/2 miles of paved pathways meander along the roadways and park areas and provide special appeal to all who enjoy nature and exercise.
WATER SPORTS - Property owners are welcome to use kayaks, paddle boards or canoes off the racks at any of the lake or boat launch sites. Paddles are stored in the clubhouse. (Use at your own risk and provide your own safety vests)
